Owing to its higher bulk density and specific gravity, Dolomite enhances flow properties, making it ideal for applications in paints, ceramics, and powder coatings. It is also extensively used in the manufacturing of reinforced polyester glass fiber, leather cloth, flooring materials, and detergents. Dolomite powder is available in grades ranging from 300 Mesh to 700 Mesh BSS standards, including micronized grades. Products are offered in top cuts of 5, 10, 15 & 20 microns, with brightness levels ranging from 85% to 95% and MgO content between 19% and 22%.

Dolomite is a naturally occurring mineral composed primarily of calcium magnesium carbonate (CaMg(CO₃)₂). Its chemical composition may vary depending on the origin and geological conditions of the deposit. Typically, dolomite contains approximately 54% calcium oxide (CaO), 30% magnesium oxide (MgO), and 16% carbon dioxide (CO₂).

The balanced presence of calcium and magnesium makes dolomite a valuable source of essential minerals for plants, animals, and humans. Calcium supports bone growth and structural strength, while magnesium plays an important role in biological functions such as muscle and nerve activity, energy generation, and protein synthesis.
